India to play limited overs match and test warm up simultaneously

The Indian team is likely to be involved in two separate matches played simultaneously during their upcoming tour of Australia, which is now all set to commence in Sydney in November. The clash is expected to occur when on one hand Virat Kohli & Co are involved in a white-ball international against the home team while the Test regulars play a practice match against the reserves in 35-member-strong squad.

 

What about those who are involved in both formats?

Very good, but rohit, virat, shami, bumrah shouldn't play loi.

The article says that there will be 2 practice matches

 

The first during an LOI and the second practice match where the LOI regulars can play too.

God forbids if any one of Bumrah/ Shami gets injured, with Ishant already out of the tour (not finalised yet I think), I shiver to think our bowling line-up of Yadav, Thakur, Saini bowling to the likes of Warner/ Labu/ Smith on the flattest of decks in MCG/ SCG
