Patience has no role to play in t20s ,we have overrated the concrpt of patience in t20s where we see our top batsmen taking 8-10 deliveries to start their engine and often drop tempo in middle overs,cricket has changed ,t20s are all abount gung ho approach,gone are the days of silky touch,elagance, straight bat face etc keep them for tests and odis(to some extent)

Baseball hitting will be norm,hire baseball coaches to train hitting in t20s

 

T20/odi Batsmen should be practicing 360 degree shots in nets like they used to do for conventional shots before

Make separate sides for t20s ,odis and tests

Stupid idea. We need to look long term. Is Jadeja a middle order batsman? Is Jadeja who we want to back for No. 5 till the World Cup three years from now? Can we have that much trust in Jadeja with the bat?
