Pace doesn't seems much...maybe at 135-140 range, he has got a belly and even the runup is a bit slower, not the same dash which he used to do earlier. Not sure if that just a precautionary measure and more focus on line and length.

Umran looks more comfortable with the length deliveries, yorkers and back of length he isn't looking comfortable. He was used only in MO and one last over in death, don't think KKR is looking at him with new ball. Vaibhav Arora was bowling yorkers and some good outswings. Seems he is working on his death bowlin skills as well. Tyagi has to still work a lot more, he is still bowling full tosses and wide deliveries in between some jaffas. He had added slower ones so that a positive but his radar go off. Can not really tell much based on these practice game, bowlers do not bowl full pace, avoid hitting batters or bowling near to bodyline. thats why you may hear or see reports that Player-A hit 80 runs in 40 balls or something like that 230 was scored and 230 was chased down too. Umran played few games this season lets see how he goes, pace not sure where he is in that regards.. Tyagi hardly played anything this season too , he should do something this season else chapter will be close. Teams may not even pick him as he hardly plays domestic and then in IPL he just sits on bench. They'll rely heavily on spinners and Eden Garden will be spinner paradise.

For selection to Ind side for a bowler from IPL the criteria should be simple if bowler can crank-up the pace , whats the response after getting hit and what are wkt taking balls and the quality of wkt. express bowling 1
