Zap_Brannigan Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 WTF?19 runs required......Should have been easy for Chennai. But the legend bowls a short ball, follows it with a half volley and then a no-ball. So 9 runs off 1st 2 balls but just 3 off the last 4....Bloody legend he is.
fineleg Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 W'come bck! :two_thumbs_up: Thank u sir :icflove:
Mandrake Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 Jogi the giant killer at it again....you could see the menacing look as he ran in to bowl,RESPECT:hysterical:
The Outsider Posted April 24, 2008 Author Posted April 24, 2008 Okay, here is something for the Jogi bashers to chew on - look at the time stamp on the thread. It was created long before the killer final over Jogi bowled.

Zap_Brannigan Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 the odds were vastly in his favor and everyone treats him like a God when he (barely) avoids monumentally screwing up Noone here thinks hes a good bowler. We are all just having a laugh at how this idiot manages to almost lose the game from a winning position only to pull the rug from under everyone at the last possible minute. Get this. This should help you here a lot in the future.
abhinav Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 Jogi got bloody lucky that Nayar took the single off the no ball..had the young man kept his cool he would have been left with 9 to score of 4 balls including a freehit..would have done it.. I'd never trust the 'legend' to bowl the last over if my life depands on it!!
DravidDaBest Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 If you still have doubts on Jogi's LEGEND status, go and ask Symonds :haha::haha:
yoda Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 If you still have doubts on Jogi's LEGEND status' date=' go and ask Symonds :haha::haha:[/quote'] yep, every team can use a jogi. :D
Ram Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 If you still have doubts on Jogi's LEGEND status' date=' go and ask Symonds :haha::haha:[/quote'] Quite true actually. Jogi wouldnt have conceded more than 10-11 runs in the last over, surely.
Mandrake Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 Jogi's an opposition nightmare if the game goes to the wire:cantstop: Symonds learn something from the master:hysterical:

cricketman Posted April 29, 2008 Posted April 29, 2008 I'm no Joginder Sharma fan, but I think he does make matches alot more interesting....
