IAS is pretty lucrative. You will always get that many people even if you add dozen more parametrs to that filter.

Someone with an MD/Ph.D in Epidemiology and Infectious Diseases would be the subject matter expert. Not an engineer who is good as recall and regurgitate exam.

That is a mixed bag. Some are sincere and others are not. It is like any institution.
