Centre is trying to ensure that purpose of their scheme is not tampered with. AAP can provide all those details, get approval from centre and fulfil their manifesto. Another option is to launch their own scheme.

Miss Pratima and other cadres has done tremendous job in administration and distribution of ration here. And what about ultra rich thing ? Wo kya Ghas khate hai? B. It's not taxpayer money being used there. 3. It was part of covid relief measures which didn't require rich and poor distinction.

That's why argument of rich was included. Of course, anyone blindly hating AAP would just believe such lies immediately and will try to mislead others.
