If he doesn't he should be sacked. A captain who feels he's nothing left to achieve cannot take the team forward, especially at a time when we have so many youngsters coming through.

 

In fact the entire TM needs to be replaced now. They have had a nice ride so far, time to put in professionals who dream big and are willing to take the team ahead.
