Yhh right, 36% Hindu Punjab as never had a Hindu cm yet? You seem to way off reality, Hindus were segregated during the khalistani movement and shot point blank in their homes, buses etc.

On India it takes time. Punjab will in short time will proudly have a hindu cm. I am surprised Garg or Gujral did not make it. Need for AAP to t ac ke over punjab.

The reason punjab has been left behind is because the government used the excuse that punjab is CV lose th o thr border so they will not make industrial investments in the state

Look the the amount of PSU in karnatka.

No there were small scale manufacturing units in punjab before the 80s, Jalandhar, Patiala, bhatinda, they left due to law and order and cheaper land acquisition in nearby Himachal and Haryana, gujarat is also a bordering state, doesn't stop them from having the largest oil refinery, cement manufacturing plants and private ports? Kutch to houses many industries, chemicals ports, salt processing units, it is a border region to Sindh.

Every state is diverse, but in no other state does a 16% community control 90% of land, that to in a high ranking agricultural state, there is always 4-5 communities who own agri land and have equal holdings. The farm bill protests was a caste based one.

That is one part of narrative

Other is the oligarchy part where money is being transferred as nsferred to two families.

Bin qasim first invaded Sindh, Arabs never the came the punjab, neither did the Persians or Turks, punjab was invaded by central asians, afghans but that has no co relation today why punjab could not attract industries, last year jio fibre towers and generators were dismantled by so called farmers.

Clause by clause arguement wouldn't convince you.. Irrespective of the laws farmers are Still going to get poorer. It is tough being  a farm err

You never had any arguments, it was always about road power.

It was only one side which was articulate, and that was the government. The farm laws came up with decades of research, farmers engagements and common sense.  The government held discussions with farmers, and any changes could have been purposed. But there was none proposals ever, as you and your side had zero arguments. Your side never read the bill, and only made it a political fight to defeat Modi.

Modi has lost a bit, but India has lost a lot.

Today it has no correlation but the policies of Indian govt. Of that mindset. If punjab farmers can drive tractors they can do computers too. They just need a pathway.

Delusional post. This question was asked million times why don't they guarantee in writing for MSP. And there is your clause by clause arguement.

Only fools think this makes Modi look like a weak man. If you anything about politics he has come out stronger.

Btw India is losing a lot every day as long as they keep on paying wages for PSU. Farmers are a small drain.

True, All have made the repeal about Modi. No intellectual wants to talk of the good or bad parts of reform and how it has to be changed. It is of least priority. BJP wants to win UP while everyone else wants to see Modi lose. Bhaad mein jaye farmers aur agrarian reform

In the end these reforms are needed. The timeline has to be slow. To get these reforms done Modi needs to focus on only one thing. That one thing will win him election too. That is to keep his promise and make India a 5 T economy.

This government spoke in courts and parliament, that MSP is here to stay. Next, where was MSP removal in the farm bills? It was 3 farm bills, and all on different issues, practices. Yet, your side are too greedy and selfish.

I vividly remember at protests start, you and your side were claiming that India will have no food as the farmers are protesting. It turns out you were wrong. The true farmers were doing their job, farming and serving the people well. Salute to all such farmers, annadatas. Whereas, your side never did your own jobs, just hatred speeches and violence.

Today, the same farmers problems are there, and no solutions around. You are to be blamed as you never wanted to solve farmers problems, but just defeat Modi.

That's the biggest implication, The biggest losers are the educated, middle class, small businessman, and entrepreneurs.

New farming innovations, technology, competitions and emergence of farming economics of scales, and self-reliance have been stopped, by withdrawal of the laws.

You abuse capitalists, businessman and yet want India to be 5 T economy. That's not possible. Whereas, your side just want freebies, your side have choosen corruption, and making the rich more richer. The status quo has prevailed.

It's a damning choice, and, our talented people keep moving away from the country.

Lol which history have you read...  King of kannauj & his bitter rival Kashmir king Lalitaditdya defeated Arab forces right there in Punjab.  Probably must crucial victory ever in history of India.  No Arab expedition happened after that for a long while.

Arabs had planned two pronged attack from the North & than coming via their stronghold Sindh...  To attack Central & Deccan India.  They lost to a Chalukyan king & got massacred.

Reason why Turks were successful unlike Arabs coz of their better strategy & weak local Kings unlike in 7th-8th century.

Even Ghori came through Punjab after capturing Prithviraj's poorly defended Bathinda fortress along with his Turkish horse Archery contingent the ultimate game changers led by Aibak.
