  1. 1. Should Kohli be dropped?

    • Yes, unless his form changes drastically
    • No, we need his experience 🤫
    • He'll drop himself
    • 1+2=4 đź‘€

Another innings, another failure.

Kohli is going to fall even worse if allowed to play till the WC.

17 off 13, is average with just  a boundary. Got out to an average bowler too.

He cant anchor and he cant attack. But he can post instagram.

Might be an unpopular opinion but in the last few games except that 0 in one of the ODIs, Virat doesn’t look out of form or out of touch. Even in England or SA for the matter of fact I felt the same. I know probably he has some poor stats over this period but whenever I saw him bat, he didn’t look like he was struggling or looked under pressure or was uncomfortable. Even today he looked pretty good.

One thing though he hasn’t been having a lot of luck or he is just throwing it away with a poor shot.

Luck is not a small factor, if you remember a peak Virat Kohli had a lot of luck especially in test cricket. Apart from a couple of knocks in maybe Australia, I haven’t seen a lot of chanceless Virat test knocks. In ODIs and T20’s sure he had a lot of those genius knocks.

If he can’t cash in on the form at least against WI or SL, it can go only 1 way and end fast.

Also remember, SL will not be easy. Their bowling is their stronger point. If I have to bet, we should trash them in all games but there  will be at least one game where their mystery spinners will run through our line up and humble us.

Anyway he needs runs. That’s the only missing ingredient right now . He better get those against Cotrell, Shepard, Smith etc

Yes & no, in some games he struggled but yeah probably in most he didn't. The bigger question is drive - at the highest level what keeps you going or motivated is what you want to achieve & how you go about it (the process) is only a part of your success story, in fact arguably the least important one! For me he looks to have lost that drive, what separated SRT from the chumps for nearly 22 years? I see this current BRat as SRT post WC 2011 & some many of his pressers in the recent past reflect that, of course I'd argue SRT was still better at 37 than Brat is right now :cantstop:

Even Tendulkar didn't look out of form, out of touch in last two years till he retired
