Just like treating minorities in a favourable way like in India is bad, it is equally bad if a government does atrocities against them just because they are minorities. China is now trying to cultivate a pro-Islam (outside China) image by voting for bills like the Islamophobia thing in the UN. Given that there are more that 50 Islamic countries in the UN - it is very useful for them. China has the best of both worlds atm - they have veto power to shoot down any resolutions against them - and the money to keep non-aligned countries on a rope. China is doing well not to over-extend its reach. The minute there are problems with the BRI in these countries is when we will see the real face of China in these countries. Muslim countries bow down to him. Imraand & Paxtan have been completely silent. Wokeism is dead in China already. No one can challenge his vision. Xinjiang is developing rapidly say whatever.
