Yea exactly. We should have gone ahead with prasidh and some young guns like sarfraz eeswaran etc who did really well in SA a tour. So unlucky tht sundr and Gill got injured.

not really unlucky in sundar's case. the guy's default mode is being injured.

Execpt we never win when kuli is MOM in any kos since 2013.

Kohli does not even come into discussion here :dontknow:

In international cricket, India does not field multiple teams. India is stuck (if a dumb and/or unlucky captain is appointed) with whoever is picked as captain (at times due to lobbying or simply by assuming that if a player is good at batting/bowling, he would make a good captain).

If India did field two equally balanced sides, the team being captained by Kohli may underperform versus other team.  IPL allows you to compare captaincy and performances directly against each other.

Kohli was preceded by Dhoni, who is rated as as one of the best captains, and successed by Rohit, who is expected to do a better job than Kohli.

Yep. India never learn. Kohli was only captain cause of his star appeal supposedly. India is too stupid to field players based on formats. They prefer the one size fits all approach which is myopic and asinine.

A good test player does not equate to a good LOI player and vice versa. Pick players based on their best formats. Ffs we never learn.

Rohit as captain I am assuming would do better than kohli for sure but if he tries to duck important tours, we need to take action and strip this guy.

If Rohit-Kohli show no tangible form by the Asia Cup, they should not be picked for the T20WC.

I am not interested in the least in seeing Rohit in the nude.
