3-4 teams = 33 to 44 players (only considering the playing 11s) … We have IPL where each team has 3-4 top Ind players + 3-4 quality international players + balance in upcoming/developing cricketers in playing 11s

Bangladesh tried resting Shakib. Couldn't even beat Zimbabwe. India B just beat Windies recently in same formats. Nothing beats Engalnd C vs. Padosis though.
