Very few major teams in this WC have lost toss and won a match. Unlike UAE where they all chose to chase and won, here they have had adv of conditions early on

toss is always important, but to varying degrees. my only point is that it's nowhere as bad as UAE based on my subjective feeling while watching the games

Honestly I think Butler chosing to chase in SF was a brave decision which paid off well.

He told Nasser and Morgan in post match show that India chasing are very dangerous as they know what they have to do. Also it takes Virat out of game.
