A good soothing read although its a personal blog by an ex-army man for personal visit after 2016.

Effective measures taken post 2019, extremely efficient cleansing operations by Army, JnK police and CRPF with the help of intelligence in which local informers played huge role has led to near elimination of local insurgents.

Crackdown on separatist political outfits like Hurriyat has reduced number of bands that used to be there.

The govt and army has taken a lot of hit on its image by opposition, left wingers and a few traitors of the country but it is leading to something good in the end.

Hope this continues.

Targeted killings still happen frequently, not expecting instant resolution but it probably requires extreme steps such as snooping through private lives of civilians to stop the attacks. How else does one get hold of these hybrid terrorists or part time peacefuls ?

PS: tl;dr
