Any SR less than 150 is worthless in twenty20. Unless there are 2/3 players who average less, but score at 150+ SR in the team. Dravid's team had none. He picked Kohli, P Kumar, His Karnataka dudettes (Arun Kumar, Chipli, Joshi.) did diddly squat.

Rahul Dravid's supposed to be the slowest but the stats show he has not done that badly. As for SR of 150 or more, I'd like to see the list of players that have done this with a minimum of 30 runs as average.
