I totally support Ponting on his  moments against England.  I also support England in their reply to Australia on the issue.

Basically I both sides whinging against the other, because I’m always stocking up in the ammo of whataboutery when I need to whinge about the inevitable wrongs done against my precious, my Indian team.

I am not going to take sides here. Both are known for whinging. Pommies have double PHD though. Australia is only slightly worse.

I'm not sure it's going to result in anything. But individual grounds can provide any replacement ball they want and they can "knock" it into any shape they want as per the Duke's owner himself.  Lol this is such a stupid sport. No oversight for such things and home teams can take undue advantage of this.

Whole Concept is toss is luck based and is a farce too.

Also every innings producea different conditions. Both teams don't get to ever bat in similar conditions unless weather is consistent. So much luck involved in non dry countries.

Not to mention pitches which deteriorate in general as days go by depending on how it was prepared.

Roller effect obviously helps negate it to a certain extent but both teams generally don't bat on the same type of pitch either as lot of variables are involved.

it will result in nothing. eng is still far more of a superpower in cricket than Aus. in terms of actual influence, the order is Eng >> Aus = Ind >> everyone else.
