But India should nip this in the bud. Trudeau will be gone by next elections. They need to work with Pierre to clean up the khalistani mess. Nobody is a friend, they all look out for their own countries' interests. Khalistani support is a Candian political reality. All parties eventually pander to that voting bloc. This has been since the 1980s. Stephen Harper was in power from 06-15 was from the Conservatives alliance had said the same thing that Trudeau says in spirit : https://globalnews.ca/news/306510/stephen-harper-explains-his-position-on-sikh-separatists/ However, the prime minister said “that obviously cannot be confused with peoples’ right in Canada to advocate a political position. “It may be a political position that both the government of Canada and the government of India disagree with. We can’t interfere with the right of political freedom of expression.” Don't expect anything radical from Pierre Poilievre either regarding Khalistani position. Anyway, I was being flippant about sending criminals. I doubt that any Indian government would have the cohones to do that. Edited October 15, 2024 by coffee_rules

zen Posted October 15, 2024 Posted October 15, 2024 Per BU course #109, the country should stop functioning normally when someone mentions Khalistan in some part of relatively unconnected world. GOI should act like Castro. Citizens and people of Indian origin everywhere should be buried in paperwork, filling out various forms, which makes India secure from the irrelevant Khalistanis. Chaos 1

Instead GoI should should have servile attitude towards OCIs , be sub-serviant to the Lord OCIs and pander to their every whims and fancies becaiuse they paid a few bucks extra to gain OCIs. Filling out a online form is paparwork for OCIs.

If Khalistanis ask for a separate state in Canada, I guess Canada has to make every Indian fill out tons of paperwork, cancel PR, and so on And when Quebec does a referendum on its independence, stop French for coming into Canada normally! On the other hand, a Khalaistani NRI would enter India without any paperwork by just showing his passport … and an OCI based in Madras has to fill out papers. He would not even be eligible for an Adhaar Card so without OCI, he would be helpless (or fill out more paperwork ) Chaos 1

Similar case in India too). I don’t know why countries like Canada are wasting their time on the Khalistanis (vote bank politics). Tbh, canada is nothing in front of India coffee_rules 1

Khalistanis have killed people in India and also Canadians too in bombing airplanes. Even a PM of India was assassinated by Khalistanis. So, if India is extra-sensitive to Khalistani support from Kaneda and takes exra-steps to safeguard its interests, I would oblige and not do any RR for the extra incovenience caused by these measures. India doesn't do visa-on-arrival for Khalistanis, so all paerwork is to be done in Kaneda. Also, Aadhar cards are for Indian residents only. OCIs residing abroad are not eligible for Aadhar cards anyway. - Khalistanis or otherwise. An OCI living in Madras (a utopian city in India), can still get Aadhar card if he can get a letter of support from a Gazetted officer or MLA/MP. So, some more paperwork for for Indian clerks. These Khalistanis live in Punjab as well as foreign countries as Indian citizens, who can enter India on Indian passport. OCI is more than a travel visa. It allows people of Indian origin to live in India for as long as they like with their families, friends, etc. You probably don’t even know what an OCI is, equating with some folks entering and leaving India! OCI is here to stay. Next step is dual citizenship. Chaos 1

That and some PR by the Turd PM of Kaneda as he has lost the support in Parliament, has to face a vote of confidence. He is posturing to gain support from Khalistanis so he can survive till Oct 2025 when elections will be held.
