Either around match 40 or 41 when entire team needs to change with no reuse of players.
Or as a preparation for a booster - E.g: I used unlimited for AusNed game to load few bowlers and then Bowling booster for AusNZ game.

It is difficult to exactly say, but use in a match between two big teams so you can get in maximum players. Also you don't have to have all 1 players from same match, you can also have 2 or 3 players from next match who you know will surely play. That way you can save on some subs from next match as well.

This minimum requirement of 3 bowlers and bats is stupid. Gives only 5 places for ARs and WKs with guys like Ifti,Markram  categorised as AR :wall:ed
