Lol, what is this based on? Just having a proper opener instead of Kohli who failed every single match would have made us dominate way more.

And what exactly was your post based on? Your imagination? 

 

Kohli was not selected by anyone, not Agarkar, not Dravid. Some players have special privileges. And you know it quite well. Stop complaining about the obvious things.

But Kohli was made to open under Dravid when he never did before even at his peak privilege. It was a clear strategy change. Are you saying anyone else wouldn't have done better in the entire tournament?

Better? He just failed here, obviously, many would have done better. One can say anything in hindsight. 

 

Are you saying that opening is not his best position? It definitely is. Check this season's IPL. Anyone having problems against spin should not play at other position.

Kohli's selection was a foregone conclusion for world T20 after his IPL season and he will 99% play the champions trophy irrespective of his form... 

 

The only place one could accomodate him was as an opener in T20 and as no-3 in odis.
