No, he won't be. He does not want to bat to bat that low. It is not always about skills, I read somewhere that he does not like waiting to bat, which means he is not mentally prepared to bat at 5 even if he can. Not all players have this problem though, some adjust more easily.

get proper batters, get proper bowlers, and don't play 3 bits-and-pieces "allrounders" (some are genuine ARs in home conditions, but not overseas)

When batsmen don't make runs we don't replace them. We replace a bowler with an all rounder.
