I know he was bowling quick two seasons back ,the fastest ,infact he looked way quicker than anyone in the country in stretched spells

But he is overdoing  his action tweaks,why he does this

Should just let the muscles settle and build some memory for a certain action,two years ago it was fine but he plays so little that his body doesn't adjust with his action

Yeah till 2023 he was bowling really fast. 

But something has changed, his action is diff now. I am unsure of him clocking 150kph ..

 

He seems more like a 137-145 bowler now...not bad, but definitely not something which will turn the heads. 

Anyway, key thing is to stay fit and play for UP for longer time. Its been 5 years since he played 2020 WC...

Vasu vats is another trunder. Despite having a good height and physique, this fella is bowling 122-130 in UPT20 league.
Another disappointment.

Naman Tiwari looked good for the league LA skiddy bowler, 2 4fers. Teerath looks like have some potential  (at least for the league).

Kartik Tyagi is not playing all the matches not sure why

Indian fast bowlers are debuting quite late in tests tbh. At this rate, they will get 200-250 wickets at max.

 

Siraj debuted at 27. Prasidh, Akash did late as well.

 

Kartik, Mayank etc might be ready at that age too if they ever are.

Kartik Tyagi played last game, picked up 2 wickets for 28.
Pace wise, he has gone back to his 2020-21 time...when he was just another 137-142 kph bowler...2022-23 was his fastest,when he was bowling 150k's. But not anymore.

Playing and returning after 1 year, can build and attain the pace he previously touched if he wants and stays fit

Yes, his action was more fluid and aggressive earlier. He was causing havoc in previous UPt20 with his raw pace. Was way faster than any other pacer.

 

Now it seems he is more restricted with his action. He is trying to put effort but the pace isnt coming out. 

 

Let's see if he gradually improves his pace atleast to 140-147 range, provided he stays fit for domestic season.

Changing action every season or mid season even coming through the Ind cricketing system ...not good.

If he is still to pin down his action do not think he can improve or add skills.

was 25 of 25 (or something in this range) and got 50 of 40 balls then targeted spinner and got lucky with some misfields .

i think his team is sending him in middle order to consolidate initially..as they have lost too many matches earlier..

Nah. Adarsh played u19 wc last year, 2024. Jaiswal's partner was Divyaansh Saxena from Mumbai.

Put it in his ears if you can convey it,i believe you are associated with coaching and you both are related or from same region

He is not doing anything good by being so inconsistent with his action
