REnuka's swing actually prevents opposition from head starts. She is not a good old ball bowler. THey usually bowl her for 7 or 8 overs no the trot

Probably the best thing to do here as well. 7-8 overs on the trot and let the run rate climb up. 

Hopefully there's a third pacer.

After initial overs they will rely a lot on spinners. Even SENA teams rely a lot on spinners through middle overs.

This is the problem with Renuka. She loses control as the spell gets longer
