Khawaja is saying Renshaw should open with him.

Frankly speaking that would be a good call.  Australia has no one ready for that level other than him.

But Archer is lethal against left handers.  Uzzie is washed up old man likely playing his final series.

Things could go pear shaped for Australia if England really goes for the jugular.

What about Pommie batting? You are overrating their FTB tullas. Can't hit your way out of trouble on a seaming pitch.

I really wish we were touring Australia this time around instead of last year.

Cummins out injured and Ro Ko gone I'd have fancied India troubling Australia a lot too.

We arrived in Australia so low on confidence and with a near washed up batting unit.. after NZ debacle.

Even a huge win in Perth barely covered the cracks with paper

Honestly that's the best way to bat in Australia these days.

Travis Head is a live example the way he batted on a Green mamba in Brisbane vs South Africa.

Pant did that in Sydney.  England have the bowling unit to trouble this brittle washed up Aussie batting.

If their batting holds up scoring 300 odd they would be well and truly in the game.

I am actually backing England to win in Perth like India did.

Jarrod Kimber himself said he is worried about Aus this time. Too much pressure on the quicks.

In all likelihood Aussies will roll out pattas. Their batting will be cooked on pitches they gave us. Collectively a bowling attack of Jofra, three out of Atkinson/Potts Wood/Carse/Tongue + Stokes is way more stronger than our bowling attack earlier in the year.

Facts... This is England's best chance to win or at least draw an Ashes down under.

Talent, skill, mix of youth they have it all this time.

The execution and planning is where this Aussie team generally outfoxes the opponents.

Still no Cummins and that Boland giant need green deck

No way.

After mcgrath never have i seen bowler who hits same line n length forever. I never seen indian players becoming such useless batsman against bowler. English will try to attack? U will see what happens.
