If the point is that they regularly play there then there is no argument for any unfair treatment as such. All grounds were test venues only considering Indian team is going to play Saf at Guwahati now.

BCCI does not uses tax payers money to pay cricketers. They can give the cricketers 10x or 100x times the amount they are giving to any of their stake holders. Who is stopping them? 

 

News coming out that BCCI have declared around 51 crore to the Womens team. Good rewards and well deserved
