Ya.. but he can't slip in a 145k yorker followed by a 127 k yorker at the same spot with scoops, reverse scoops, switch hits becoming prominent. That is why  many from Australia, England even SA consider Bumrah is one of a kind.  You can take risks against Mcgrath if you want by coming down. He had a ceiling of how fast he could bowl.

Bumrah is McGrath and Malinga rolled into one. He can bowl test match length if he wants also bowls like Malinga with even better bowling IQ

In test bumrah also playing in more bowling  friendly conditions

IPL1 was still an amateurish tournament.

I will take Mcgrath as of now, the fear factor that he brought is not comparable.

 

He played with Sachin as if he was a under 19 cricketer, I know some lallu Sachin Bhakts will now give an espn article link written by another Sachin Bhakt but you had to be there to see how it was.

 

Laxman was the only Indian who could play him.

 

He was a cheatcode just like Bumrah, but a bit better in KO.

If you add the dropped catches our bowlers were superior.

Did he though? Most time sachin didn't even get out to McGrath.

 

Yes sachin didn't dominate McGrath as much as anyone else but most time McGrath didn't get him out either.

 

Yes you had to be there to lie about it for sure and we all know what the problem you have with Sachin as a test player because your favourite kohli couldn't cut it in test cricket.

But see numbers don't matter, the feelings which kohli andh bhakts pull out of their asses do.

 

McGrath never toyed with Sachin as that guy claimed, he got him out sometimes, Sachin was ok sometimes but most times sachin just got out to other bowlers.
