goose Posted March 19 Posted March 19 back in the uk this tweet from the shadow conservative justice minister is causing quite a stir. it concerns a mass iftar prayer and adhan in the iconic trafalgar square. it's new territory for sure - 2 years ago singling out islam like this would be unthinkable in the uk wich prides itself on freedom of reglious expression for all are there any public spaces in india where mass ritual muslim prayer is barred? mass ritual prayer of the kind we saw in trafalgar sq two days ago would not be allowed in uae or saudi even. interesting times!
