Blame the IAF not S. Jaishankhar. The MEA did not tell IAF not to do SEAD/DEAD before being airborne within 300 kms of the LoC. It was the IAF that failed in narrative building of their successes and shaming and exposing Pak lies on the battlefield.

If IAF success is bjps success then IAF failure in Balakot missed target , Balakot embarrassment the next day and Sindoor first night is on BJP too. India needs a good miltiary pr ...not the babudom

It's rather because Shashi allowed those points to go through. Tharoor is as centrist as he can go without breaching the party line.

Deepak doesn't have the same lines to hold.

Naah , Shashi don't allow rather pounce on opponent,its just that u are dealing with a supreme court lawyer plus a knowledgeable one that has left Shashi in tough situation

By the way there was a debate between H sai Deepak and Shashi Tharoor 4 Yr ago and j Sai Deepak absolutely dominated tharoor in that 1 hr 20 minute debate

@Mariyam

I did not think that Sai Deepak 'dominated' Dr Tharoor. They both said their parts and I found Dr Tharoor far more convincing. If I were a Hindu, I would like to be of the Dr Tharoor/ Swami Vivekanand variety as he says in this talk far more than a Sai Deepak.

It was constructive talk. Would be a lot better if we were able to talk like this without acrimony.
