Ever since Gambhir took over we are building a side where batsmen who can bowl ( no matter how bad their main trade is ) and bowlers who can bat ( now matter how impotent their bowling is ). We witnessed this today. Genuine strike bowlers are not picked because of this.

It wud hv been tougher to score at 9 rpo as it wud hv come out of comfort zone and some death bowling but yes our bowlers are poor grade

Vipraj is not even a proper bowler.  His last India A series he was getting outbowled by part time bowlers.

 

Just chomu selectors doing it for the sake of continuity 

 

Zeeshan Ansari should have been there on merit.

Potential wise Punja was a better pick.  He is at least a full time bowler unlike Vipraj.

Shivang is a chinaman so there will be control issues with him
