Arya needs to be replaced by someone else. He doesn't score big despite getting set. He gives up his wkt in 30s way too often. It's ok in T20s but not good enough for ODIs.

His feet movement is limited. His head falls over when he plays fuller ball on the pads.In ODIs strike rotation is important. There is only one vaibha. Others should  master other things like strike rotation, placing the ball in the gaps

What needs to be worked on? He doesnt play differently, doesnt change? If you keep hitting, you get out sometimes. Nothing needs to change or be worked on

Also a lot of SL players have played for CSK - Murali, Theekshana, Pathirana etc. Plus likely to go with a team based in Tamil Nadu
