Manucrick Posted September 7 Posted September 7 unpopular opinion ishan kishan is actually india’s best spin player right now. our test team literally lacks a genuine spin neutralizer and we can't keep relying on pant when he keeps throwing his wicket away. ishan as a pure batter for the bgt in india could be the exact answer to completely neutralize australia’s spinners wanted_desi 1

Hope the selectors are watching his performances because he has nothing left to offer But he’ll probably get into the NZ tour squad because of Gill I don’t think GG will actually play him

He was a genuinely good bowler, probably even more potential than Prasidh. But for some reason, never got the same amount of backing. Poor chap even moved to TN, frustratingly and made an impact their. Based on the IPL backdoor videos, he seems like a good person, always encourgaing and motivating youngsters. Being happy with their success as his own...you wont find many such characters in Indian cricket. Suresh Raina, Md. Kaif were some of the others. Sandeep warrrier has great bowling action. Had potential to add a few more Ks. He had a lot of scope to be an all condition bowler. If he were part of CSK he would have already played for India. Manucrick, tweaker, rollingstoned and 1 other 4
vvvslaxman Posted September 7 Posted September 7 Kishan know it is road wicket lol Safely piled on runs instead of trying to get a result.

First inns lead will give them the trophy I think like Ranji Trophy. Pile on as much as you can and then let the scoreboard pressure and tired bodies do the trick. They should retire and have a crack for 7-8 overs today minimum Edited September 7 by Lone Wolf

If a team score 650 at 4.5 RRR with most of them striking at 70 then there has to be something wrong with the pitch. This is not really an amazing batting line up or anything.

As @vvvslaxman bro said before we rarely find our best international players through domestic cricket anymore Most of them get noticed through U19 cricket or the IPL and honestly that’s true

Forget Ranji, BCCI should have taken Duleep trophy, Irani trophy seriously. BCCI has made mockery of domestic cricket,in future they may close Ranji and could play domestic IPL type T20 tournaments cowboysfan 1
