SL bat huge in home conditions, and unless we give them 350, I can tell you SL will most likely win.

300 is not modest on this track and 350 is pretty much impossible.

The average last inning total is supposed to be 163 so India may just have enough runs on board but a target of 300 never can be deemed impossible on even turners. I think SL may hold the edge here, they have made two fantastic come backs from nowhere. India on the other hand have squandered golden opportunities twice and I don't reckon they will lap it up in bowling.

Over the top Definsive Batting from seniors and Wannabees Whats up with Gangu and Dravid over the top defensive batting... What point was Gangu trying to prove...all through his batting, it was obvios that he is going to get LBW out..luckily got stumped trying to be even more defensive... same with Dravid... i m not a big fan of Kartik but the guy came with a point that its better to score being aggresive rather than showing "o see i can do front foot defense"..... and whats up with Kumble..i think after that centruy in England he thinks himself as an specialist batsman.. the guy needs to know the truth that the guy cant bat for sh!t... rather go and collect singles or attack..same with Z.Khan...we dont wanna see sh!tty front/backfoot defensive batting...

abe oye...... i m not one of ur crybabies..its a true fact that some of our players get over-defensive sometimes.... look at Gambhir, Sehwag , they make sure to keep the scoreboard ticking... and yes, i hate it even more when bowlers like Kumble, Khan wanna showoff as if they are some highclass test batsmen who will makes 100s defending each and every bowl

Are u sure SL cant get 300? Thats a little too much assumption there. Maybe you would be put in a position where you are forced to say "Full credit to SL. They chased well, and deserved the victory" after it is over? Ok, its the "positive" week for me, so perhaps I'll think India will win. But putting 300 past SL has too many assumptions built in.

the max score in the 4th innings in this ground is 210/9 and the average 4th innings score is 160.. so i think we do hafa chance here... hope our spinners bowl well...
