Sure, Virat's selection was a eye raiser but for heaven's sake stop the 'if XYZ was there, it would have been so different'. Deal with the current lot and give them an entire series to assess. Some of you guys have an egoistic problem of admitting that Mendis is simply unplayable because he is just TOO DAMN GOOD. Started the thread just when India lost both the openers...it has nothing to do with Mendis and his exploits..was just concerned abt the weird team selection!

Immensely qualifies him for the entry into the national squad for ODIs and Tests. :hysterical: Our captain courageous dhoni has decided who should be in.
