DomainK Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 Sad news this. One of my friends had also drowned when I was in standard 9. That was the first time I realized what death is. I played cricket with him on Saturday, when I went to school on Monday, he was not there. Never came back.

SachDan Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 sorry to hear that 'tics . I think everyone should learn how to swim. It is not just abt swimming...same tragedy happened to a neighbour of mine. He was so good in swimming and won many prizes in school competitions.. one dayhe and his friends were swimming near a dam in a village near by...villagers told them not to swim that time as the under current was at its peak..still none of them had an ear for the uneducated ones...they swam for a long time but by the time they stopped their passion, one member was missing!
