DomainK
Well, CNN IBN reports that there has been an understanding between BCCI and Ganguly. Ganguly has been picked at a condition that he will retire after this series. Link to comment
SachDan
News channels reporting that it was a 'conditional selection'..if Dada fails to perform in the first two tests then he has to take VRS. Link to comment

DomainK
I agree that the oldies need to go. May be Tendulkar is the only player who can hold the fort for a few more years for the benefit of the team and the youngsters. But Dravid, Laxman and dada have to make way. May be also Kumble is a year or so. But that has to happen gradually and not at one go. Out of them all dada and Laxman should be the first ones to go out. Dravid has been having a tough time, but I think he will find his form. And yes, we certainly dont have good replacements for them at test level. We have to be very careful in this period of transition. Link to comment
Mr. Wicket
Fantastic squad. Glad to see Gangu retained, Badri as backup and Mishra in. Link to comment
coffee_rules
I had picked in my 14. Good squad. Glad to see the back of Rohit Sharma and Kaif outside of the test team. Badri owes a lot to Machcha Kris for his inclusion. No complaints there as he deserves it over the likes of Kaif, Raina and definitely over Ghati Rohit. Link to comment
PaiN_KiLLeR
Though I'm not too happy with Ganguly's inclusion, it's good to see Mishra get the nod ahead of the overrated Chawla. Link to comment
