Of course, that EXACTLY what he should've done. NO ONE has the right to disturb the neighborhood tranquility. BUT, for Pete's sake, get real wont ya? Tis not like he dropped a mustard gas bomb on a colony of residents and committed genocide. And anyway, who knows what actually happened? All this could just be some silly resident creating a ruckus over a broken window or whatever.

My how standards have fallen amony teenagers agree.....people who don't care about neighbours are a nuisance.Good that they complained ...next time he will know where to draw the line.Residential areas are not for wild parties....find some other place .
