what win-loss ratio in ODIs can be considered above average? Dhoni: 21 wins out of 35 matches captained - that makes it 60%

Well, in terms of winning percentage he's above Ganguly and Dravid but obviously he's got a long way to go before matching the number of ODI's they were captain for.
