zubinpepsi Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 comeon drop dravid and get this guy ASAP
Kumar Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008  Pujara is in red hot form!!!!!!!! International career still to early. Believe he should be picked for the A team and the presidents team as well.Once he faces other oppostion on other priches then we will know how well he performs. Though I would say atm Kohli deserves his spot as he has worked hard and desereves yes a PERMAMENT ODI SPOT intead of rohit sharma who is terrible. If we use pujara like sharma his talent will go down. Keep up the high strike rate and scores man:two_thumbs_up:

cowboysfan Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 Pujara has to feature in the tour game lined up for England before the test series starts definitely-there is no reason not to pick him. Tour Match england v Indian Board President's XI at Vadodara - Dec 5-7, 2008 (09:30 local, 04:00 GMT)
bharat297 Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 Pujara isnt just knocking on the door ... he's breaking it down Another ton ... this time 176 off 173 ... This guy is in unbelievable form now. 3 TRIPLE-CENTURIES in a month, then backs it up with 189 off 182 and now 176 off 173. This is insane.
fineleg Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 <<< bye :(( LOL! RD ain't going away too soon. Though he is under tremendous pressure now.
Holysmoke Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 Looks like RSD will be only given a chance to salvage his pride. If he doesnt perform, he's gonna get kicked out. If he performs, and doesnt retire, he'll still be shown the door soon enough. Either way, he's going away soon.
cowboysfan Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 pujara's form is great but i think they will pick yuvi for dada's spot .they might pick pujara in the squad if he performs well in the warm up match.
sandeep Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 it looks like all of pujara's big scores have come on his home ground at Rajkot - where all teams have piled up mammoth scores....
Sachinism Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 ^^ yeh but to still score all those runs is an amazing feat
Ram Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 You cant just pick him for the national squad, that'll be making a mockery of the other guys who are in contention and who have done the hard yards. Of course, such outstanding performances should NOT go unnoticed. Either he should he picked for the 'A' team or, if there are no such tours, one of the selectors must have the courtesy to atleast call him and say they're closely monitoring his performances and encourage him to keep performing at this level and its only a matter of time before he finds himself in the national squad.
