I still say he is doing a clever ploy to get on to ICC elite panel. As that decision further strenghtens his cause for the ICC elite pane as it as a pro gora decsion which is a prerequisite to get the call up.

The umpires for the Delhi vs ROI match were EXCELLENT, especially Hazare or someone. I have seen him umpire in a few matches, and he was verry very good. don't know why he's not ahead of this ****** Saheba and Suresh Shastry or w/e....
