Yes Dubai is the most friendly to people amogsnt different parts of the world, but you shouldnt disregard other places. Some beautiful places such as beirut - lebanon, damascus - syria and even qatar and bahrain are very very nice especially lebanon and bahrain and not to mention egypt. No specific reason just dont want to go there. Infact i have family in Dubai yet UAE along with the countries listed in OP , as of today, are the places i dont want to visit.
