talksport Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 Dada_Rocks is saying we should cut off with Pakistan if no action is taken.. Is this possible and who will be at loss. For a layman like me I can see the following 1. No Cricket and Other sporting relationships in India/Pakistan 2. No Visas 3. No imports and exports - I dont know how many will be unemployed and effected. But this is better then a war. ---
coffee_rules Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 We are not dependent on Pak, not as much as they are dependent on us. So, cut them off. stoping giving visas to their beggar artist crowd who thrive on the Indian market. Stop sending our movies and TV shows and let me them starve on seeing their rotten movies and shows or see Mullahs jerking off. Who cares. Their cricket will suffer great losses if India doesn't tour. Again damn them.
Guest dada_rocks Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 People like B Raman K P S Gill are saying that main to bas messnger hun. We have giventhem MFN status and they have not reciprocated.. Don't worry business between india and pakistan is peanuts... Biggest problme with this socalled CBMS I have is we Indians drop our guard......... Hieghtened state of preparedness happens only when we are at loggerheads... yes more and more bomb blast will happen since pakistanis will reopen tha cross border terro tap in big way but at least it remaisn confined in kashmri not whole india burns.. We can certainly make them bankrupt through arms race though.. Not that they aren't already.. ISI is involved yet if we can pretend all is fine then we are idiots
talksport Posted December 5, 2008 Author Posted December 5, 2008 Why the **CK India has to wait .... Dr Singh said India will await the 'outcome' of its message to the world before deciding on future course of action with regard to Pakistan.
Lurker Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 Dr Singh said India will await the 'outcome' of its message to the world before deciding on future course of action with regard to Pakistan. I have no problems with that, so long as there is some action at the end. It is only logical to think before a decision is made. As for breaking all ties, well in the very least we can start bringing back senior diplomats. What is the need for diplomacy with a country that can not defend its own territory? As for cricket etc. there is a good chance that if India plays against Pakistan entire nation would be looking at our players with disgust so I wont be surprised if it doesnt happen to start with.
Guest dada_rocks Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 Idea is to get the message across the world so that strangling economic or otherwise cud be coordinated and India doesn't come of as some knee-jerk reactionary.
talksport Posted December 5, 2008 Author Posted December 5, 2008 Trivia : Which political party was the first one to propose the points mentioned in the OP ? Jan Sangh ???
beetle Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 I don't see why we have even been trying to be friends with this terrorist country. When has India not been hurt by these losers? Why the bloody hell did Vajpayee go out ofhis way to improve relations with this sick country ? I hold him responsible for wearing his blinkers just because he wanted to become another Gandhi. Manmohan Singh doesn't have a spine. I support breaking up of all relations till this country takes responsibilty for world terrorism and disbands and punishes the father of almost all terrorism, the ISI.

Before Vajpayee emabrked on that we have had 10 or so years of virtual break-off.. I support this game of lulling them into thinking we want to be friend every once in a while.. Only problme is we got lulled by them into this thinking..Ye poet log sentimental hote hain, I thank Adavni otherwise he might have done more damage mind you all with good intention in mind. That's why O say being good intenitoned is not good enough when you sit in PM's chair. Although he did show some statemanship in aftermath of kargil episode but all these things cud have bene avoided had he not let his poet heart take over his politician mind There is a saying: Path to hell is usually dotted with good-intentioned milestones.
Cricketics Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 We should convince Iran somehow to back of from the iran-india- pakistan gas pipeline. it is supposed to pass from baluchistan and Sind. India need to convince Iran to break this and write of the treaty pakistna don't deserve this gas pipeline benefits
