coffee_rules Posted December 12, 2008 Posted December 12, 2008 I make maggi exactly like upma. - saute vegetables, (sometimes eggs), chillis, real masala (not the rubbish masala that comes with the maggi packet. - add water, boil it. Put maggi and let it settle down. Sometimes I add while it is settling down, Hot and sweet tomato sauce or Chilli Garlic tomato sauce. Garnish with lemon juice and cilantro.
