fineleg Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 indian blokes talk a lot, but actually dont approach girls confidently and with good composure. if you do that, it will work better. the blokes are usually edgy and think they are humorous but many times end up being offensive rather than humorous.
h4te Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 Fob guys: Most of the fob guys in my college are wannabe gangsters (popped collars, big-****ing ass chains, piercings, sagging pants...etc) + annoying weird ghetto slang words and none of them live in a ghetto neighborhood.......:whack: Fob girls a wide range of them....ranging from downright ****ty-will-do-anything-attitude to extremely-uptight. I suppose this is based on purely their personality..... ABCD girls most of them think they are too good for everyone. Most of them think they are 9-10/10, while only a handful of them are. And, most of them are 'easy'. A lot of them are dumb and only care about parties.... ABCD guys ranging from normal to douches.....

Horrendous attempts at 'I-am-cool' kinda behavior, starting from trying to wear North American sorta clothes, both in style and color combination. Unfortunately, it doesnt naturally to most, so they end up looking like jokers. Why cant people just act and behave normally, like they always used to do in their life? :hmmmm2:
Ram Posted December 22, 2008 Posted December 22, 2008 I have this fascination for U.K/Europe in general. I somehow feel people there are more decent/civilized/dignified. Someday, I hope to work in the U.K, just to hear that wonderful accent of theirs. :D

Desi Cartman Posted December 22, 2008 Posted December 22, 2008 In Melbourne we have a lot of students coming from small towns and villages , these guys are coming in with an ambition to drive 16 wheeler trucks or driving cabs ... These guys have pinched few asses in parties and even railway stations .. resulting in good old Thappad ... 7-8 years ago students came to Aus to work in IT or Accountacy but these days they just come here to take residency and drive cabs ... Girls ... huh not many desi girls here

And I am fob. well, I was 3.5 years back....and I haven't seen anyone behave like that. sorry, i should add a big clarification: all of my summaries apply to UNDERGRADUATE students. Most of the graduate students remain 'normal', as they are usually more mature and don't feel the need to 'fit in' as much as undergrads....

The student population is split up like Asians>Indians>White guys>Fugly females>token black guy >hot chick(Laws of probability says this exists,but yet to be discovered) Edit - thats for EE actually, not my major. Comp E has quite a few white guys. (Helps the curve :--D)

FOBs either think ABCDs are either complete tools or they worship them like gods.... My major has all the fobs :--D yes, if major = science/engr, then probabilitiy of fob = 0.98

And the accent is unbelievably shocking, I like the Canadian one.
