who is the best iindian fielder in india in ur view?maynot be playing for india atm.only current players included.keepers are also not included bcoz they have gloves. after a lot of thinking,i would pick mohammad kaif.he may not be a gr8 bat,but boy doesnt he save runs n takes all those fantastic catches.

No one from he yesteryears qualifies. Yuvi and Kaif are the best we have and I think considering diving, collection, reaction, throw, anticipation, outfielding, chasing etc.....Kaif would be a touch ahead of Yuvi.

everytime theres talk of fielding, i remember this guy "noel david" he was pretty agile, but he would try direct hits for anything, and 95% of the times, they would miss and go for overthrows since the indian team at that point didnt know what the concept of a direct hit was lol once when he did hit, the batsman was marginally out, and surprisingly, none of the players appealed, so his shot at fame was ironically missed lol

He's dropped a few in the past year and a half, though. Yuvraj is the best fielder in the test team I'd think. In the ODI team, Virat and Rohit are pretty good.
