I think it will be quite hard to win for India this time IMHO Aussies will take this one much more seriously this time and can be a handful the other big threat is Pakistan who are playing with very little pressure, low expectations and can come out of nowhere on a good day Normally Windies' flamboyance could make them a threat but in English conditions I don't expect them to do much save a flash of brilliance here & there similar to Kiwis England should have th eupper hand considering host conditions but South Africans will deservedly take better advantage of these conditions. I expect a semi final of SA, Aus, India and Pakistan/SL

Ishant proved us all wrong. Inspite of the shortness of the game one thing is clear. There are still 3 parts to this game both while bowling and batting Part 1 - First 6 overs Part 2 - 7th over to 15th over Part 3 - Last 5 overs India mostly gets good starts. They are not bad in the middle part either. But sometimes they falter there as well when Dhoni "gets going". But they simply cannot afford to have bad finishes time after time. This is the thing i feared the most. They get starts then they throw it away hoping someone will finish the job for you. Rohit/Raina could have gone a little longer. This habit of leaving the job to others would keep haunting us as it is a strong batting line up. If you are having a good day make the most of it. Not score some 25 runs 15 balls and get out. Gambhir did exactly that in the last world T20. He converted his starts. Even if you have great strikers of the ball they can't come and hit the balls straightaway all the time. If every new batsman takes 4 balls to get going 6 batsmen would take 4 overs. That is too much. Comparison between two teams India 48 dot balls 44 singles 12 twos 0 threes 13 fours 6 sixes 5 extras 0-6 - 55/1 7-15 - 73/3 16-20 - 33/2 NZ 50 dot balls 38 singles 8 twos 3 threes 19 fours 4 sixes 7 extras 0-6 - 44/2 7-15 - 71/2 16-20 - 55/3 This underlines one thing.
