Guest gaurav_indian Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 I hope Dhoni doesnt resign from captaincy because of media pressure. If you dont know what i am talking about watch all these news channels. They are calling Dhoni villian."Dhoni mein ab woh baat nahi rahi" "dhoni ko T20 captaincy se hata dena chahiye" "IPL ke side effects" "kya humein dhoni ki apology accept kar leni chahiye" :wall: I still remember how they were creating pressure on Rahul Dravid to resign from captaincy. Gutter indian media.:wall: :wall:
flamy Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 I don't think he will. But, some senior cricketers or Gavaskar need to take on the media.
jf1gp_1 Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 i hope he does, also fakes some injury so that he doesnt have to goto WI, once we are hammered without him in team only then will ppl realize how important he is to our team.
riya Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 No please Dhoni shouldn't do that .I am sick of this bull crap media. It is like they wanted India to lose so that they can score some points over Dhoni. Sadists !

Sadists ! Bad news always makes "good news" Riya :icflove: indian media is total bakwaaaaasss!! i'm sure Dhoni as well as the rest of the team will bounce back!
gs Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 Indian media is total garbage and I still dont get why the news anchors yell while reading out news - not to mention the cabbage background track.
Sachinism Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 Dhoni is a tough cookie, he won't roll over so easily
satishg Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 i dont think he will..he has a lot of pride and he will ensure that wat he lost under his reign is rightfully got back next year
gs Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 I think he needs to grow his hair back. He had the "midas touch" with the long hair :--D

niceguy_789 Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 Media are hypocrites. They over exaggerate on negative points to get attraction. Dhoni needs some rest and is slowly getting back to form. He should be back in business soon.
Cricketics Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 Dhoni is not mad. He knows that if he resigns, then he would be dropped from test squad and twenty20 squad. He hasn't done great in either format.
Texy Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 the person that should be dropped from the squad is ISHANT SHARMA...... wayyy overrated
MUMBAISKIPPER Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 Our former captains have made lots of silly mistakes in the past. But they never resigned. It's Dhoni's first major mistake ever since he has taken over captaincy. So he should not resign. He's a hard nut to crack though.
Guest Gunner Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 I see 0 reasons for Dhoni to resign. He is a tough chap and he is the one to take the Indian team forward. The only thing which worries me about Dhoni is his fear of losing outweighs his desire to win. He needs to work on that psychologically.
CricketGirl Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 the person that should be dropped from the squad is ISHANT SHARMA...... wayyy overrated yup overpaid overrated!!
Jabu Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 B->B->B->Guys, Give one more chance to our Dhoni. Everyone knows that he made mistake that he sent to Jedeja in wrong time. But after all they are our boys.
Sourav Ganguly Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 im still pissed of at him but I know he wont resign and thats a good thing cuz he is the man to lead us forward.
