Chrome is lite on the system. FF is a Memory hogger. Also, the "Change Background" feature in Chrome is awesome. Sree, bhargav... whats with this sudden love for Arabic? :-S

It sure does. I had to specify going to google coz many people have the "tabs" as their homepage, not Google.com :winky: As for search from Address bar, I miss FF. It was light-years ahead :((

It is available in FF. P.S Firefox would allow you to use windows short cut CTRL+B to bold the text like above in this post, but you can't use shortcut with Chrome.

Sree, bhargav... whats with this sudden love for Arabic? :-S true , Chrome is built slightly differently . unlike Firefox orIE , every new tab generates a new process id , which means they are independent & when not in use they dont use memory ...you might notice , in firefox if one of your tab hangs it closes the entire browser window cos they are effectively one event/process , which is not the case with chrmoe . all said , I still use firefox :--D

Unfortunately, its memory hogging as forced a lot of devoted FF lovers to use lighter browsers. I miss FF. I hope they sort their issues out fast. They can start with an "incognito" feature, coz their Private browsing can be a headache.
