No I don't hate SL at all. Why should we? Beating Aus gave me immense pleasure, but then is a valid reason, a damn good team. And yes I do hate Ponting and maybe just cuz of him I dislike Aussies. I hated Ponting, Symonds and Hayden and 2 of them are gone so once Ponting leaves I guess I will have no issues with Aus.

I have hated the Sri Lankan team since that fateful day (13th March 1996). The only Lankan cricketers I have ever liked were Aravinda and Sanath. Australia used to be my second favourite but after Sydney, I have stopped supporting them. I have always liked the RSA side though.

Why hate them, they are the most unique team in the world. They are much different to us and any other team. They have the most unorthodox players to classical players. Also must remember they are a very small country, much like a state in India and with a smaller population than a large indian city. It is a country that just ended a 30 yr long full capacity war that have ruined its economy and people. Its unimaginable how a country like this still have a completive cricket team.
