jusarrived
bhajji will dominate aussies tomorrow. mark this statement. I cud dominate ozs , the way i have seen them play spin lately ..no big deal ...the concern is , if he dosent ? Link to comment
Cricketics
South Africa' date=' Pakistan and New Zealand regularly choked the Aussies in the middle overs with spinners earlier this year.[/quote'] Lets hope thats the case tomorrow too if Mishra plays. But i really wanted to see Praveen in action since he is totally different bowler from Nehra, RP and Ishant whose swing can really work wonders for us. Link to comment
WeStMiDz
There is no swing around therefore no Praveen. Harsh but true assessment of his ablity on flat decks. Link to comment
Jai Ho
I cud dominate ozs ' date=' the way i have seen them play spin lately ..no big deal ...the concern is , if he dosent ?[/quote'] then we should play two spinners is what im saying unlike texidesi over here who wants to drop bhajji. Jersey #10
bad decision! We have to use our part timers and all rounders. As we already saw, even the best bowling line ups are getting whacked for 300s in RSA. What we need is a deep and developed batting line up that goes down till number 8 or 9. Link to comment
Texy
so does anyone know why Raina wasn't used in the last match? he bowled so well in Sri Lanka? Is Dhoni hiding him like Sanga hides Mendis? Link to comment

riya
Hmm.....we need batting depth, our tail is too bad.Why can't Dhoni drop either of RP and Ishant? Link to comment
The Outsider
Hmm.....we need batting depth' date='our tail is too bad.Why can't Dhoni drop either of RP and Ishant?[/quote'] Dhoni is obsessed with the idea that spinners cannot bowl in power play overs. Link to comment
riya
Dhoni is obsessed with the idea that spinners cannot bowl in power play overs. So he won't listen to any body only himself and his obsession. Then he should stop criticising the bowlers,he should take responsibilty of the result. Link to comment
jusarrived
Dhoni is obsessed with the idea that spinners cannot bowl in power play overs. strange , hes used the likes of Jakati and Raina very well in IPL ...still cant think of a reason why Raina wasnt given a single over yest ...even more baffling , cosidering we wer missing both Yuvi and Sehwags bowling Link to comment
Master Blaster
Dumb ****in move, bhaji at 7? Fail. Link to comment
Chorazin Reto
Australia has a very young and inexperienced team, and Clarke is no guarantee to play who is the Aussies top player of spin(pulled back muscle or something), Bracken is out for an indefinite amount of time with a knee problem, so Aussies have a couple of injury concerns. You would expect India to take this game although they are missing 2 big guns in the batting department with Sehwag and Yuvi. Link to comment
DomainK
More bowlers is not the solution. It will only mean that the opposition will have one more bowler to thrash. The solution is good bowling. More bowler would have been the solution if only those part timers that filled in for the fifth bowler got thrashed. On the contrary, Pathan bowled better than the regular ones. Link to comment
rahulrulezz
As Domaink said, problem is not the bowling but bowlers... I rather have Y.Pathan, Raina bowl 10 overs each than the way R.Singh, Sharma are bowling... Our batting tail is crap and we cant afford to get one more bowler... Link to comment
Zap_Brannigan
What is the use of another bowler if he is going to bowl short and wide ? Might as well drop Ishant, Bhajji and RP and bring in Balaji, Amit and PK. The latter 3 are not any better but atleast its give an impression that players will be dropped unless they perform.
