There was more doubt in Raina's LBW because all three (bat, pad and ballP) were in contact at the same time and it was never clear to naked eye and how TF did the umpire know so surely. In Akmal's case, the bat was straight and umpire could never know if the ball had barely graced the bat. To the naked eye, he was out plumb. Too much appealing costed the match for Pak. Afridi was a monkey.

India is not #1 in T20s. It was only in ODIs for two brief periods. But we reached #1 atleast, just like you reached semis atleast. #1 is given to consistent performance over the year and India did win in Pak, SL and at home against Eng, Pak and SA. You couldn;t even show the consistency in one tournament, let alone a year.

Plus now with MoYo and the ICLers and SteroidMonkeyAsif back the pak side is a good one, certainly in the ODI arena. They need to play afew tests to see how they cope, but theyve got all the experienced guys back. Younis, Moyo, Akmal and Malik is a good middle order and theyve got a world class pace attack.
