vvvslaxman Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 He started his career as opening batsman and has turned into a bowler in contrast with Vidyut who started his career as a left armer and a no.11 batsman. Now vidyut is an opener.

I am more interested in Tyagi or any emerging fast bowler for that reason what happened to Umesh Yadav .. somebody told me he will play for DD but he is nowhere in the squad

And Tyagi really needs to improve his fielding..

Sooda Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 Jakati is late 20s yeah. Plus one good IPL season does not a good bowler make, his FC record is ordinary. Tyagi seems to bowl to many loose deliveries.
saneindian Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 Ashwin still has some way to go but he's been doing well in chances being given to him but to see him play ahead of Bhajji, Mishra and Ojha in the team looks far fetched now. Maybe some good match winning performances in the ongoing domestic season may propel him to the next level.
